Les Constructions Gilga is a family business founded in 1984 by Gilles Sauvé and his cousin Gaston. Where does the name Gilga come from? It's simple: “GIL” for Gilles and “GA” for Gaston!

Gilles Sauvé, having become the sole shareholder of the company, had decided to keep the name in order to one day leave the company to his son Gilles Jr. Gilga thus became “GIL” for Gilles and “GA” for his son, Gilles Jr.

From a very young age, Gilles Jr. learned his trade from his father. With his sister Christine on the administrative side and his brother-in-law Alain, he is working hard to continue the legacy of elite construction after Gilles Sr.'s well-deserved retirement.
